5A PROGRESS PHOTOS & TRANSFORMATION CONTENT

By submitting progress photos to Push Performance Training — whether via our website, app, email, or any other channel — you grant us permission to use those photos in our client transformation content, including on our website, app, and social media platforms, for the purpose of showcasing results and promoting our services.

This permission is granted on the following basis:

  • Your photos may be used in before/after transformation posts, testimonials, or marketing materials

  • We will not identify you by full name in any public-facing content without your additional consent

  • You may withdraw this permission at any time by notifying us at admin@pushpt.com.au — we will remove your photos from future marketing as soon as reasonably practicable

  • Withdrawal of permission does not affect any use that has already taken place prior to your request

If you do not wish your progress photos to be used for marketing purposes, please notify us in writing at admin@pushpt.com.au at any time and we will respect your preference.

6 DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
